Story
Who We are
Hi, I am Peyton Taylor, a local administrative freelancer from Lancaster, PA.

I founded Virtual Assistance Network as a means to work from home for local small businesses while maintaining flexibility in my schedule as a Stay at Home Mom.
​
I saw the need for more small businesses to gain access to administrative support, but weren't ready to hire someone full-time, or were in need of an experienced professional to dive right in.
I also saw the opportunity to bring flexible work to more families.
​
So unintentionally, I grew Virtual Assistance Network outside of myself and it has been such a gift to watch businesses & freelancers be provided for in ways they never expected.

What makes us different
We want everything we do to reflect in a mutually beneficial service to local businesses & local families. Providing an opportunity to work freelance is rare for administrative professionals - and allowing a resource for small businesses to choose from skilled VAs within their community brings more authenticity to the working relationship.

We want pricing to be transparent to employers & accessible for small businesses. The dynamic of being ready to grow without the resources for growing can get tricky - and we want to make it easier for you to get the support you need.
